How to respond
Responses to the Proposed Local Development Plan 3 (LDP3) must reach East Renfrewshire Council by Friday 22 January 2027. Anyone can respond. You can support, object to or comment on any part of the plan.
- Decide what you want to say. Choose the sites or parts of the plan you want to respond about. If you’d like to know more first, read about the three sites and the plan in plain English.
- Write it in your own words. Use the response helper below, or write it yourself. Say which site or part of the plan you mean, whether you support it, object to it or want to comment, and why.
- Send it to the council. Use the council’s online response form, or email it to ldp@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk. TODO: confirm the form’s exact address and the email address, and whether the council accepts responses by post.
- Keep a copy. Save or print your response before you send it.
